What Is A Hofbrau?
Typically a name for a restaurant serving German cuisine…in San Antonio it is unique drinking-eating establishment that serves up hospitality, good food, friendly service and a good choice of beer and other bar drinks. And it serves up all of this in one of San Antonio’s more unique settings – the original Laboratory Building of the historic Alamo Cement complex.

What’s A Beer Garden?

The Beer Garden is the patio version of the Hofbrau. Weather permitting this space offers a more casual approach to dining, dancing and bar service. Guests will be offered menu and service to match the great outdoors. Enjoy the sun or stars under trees, umbrellas or special areas designed to promote this choice.

Obviously Beer Is Part of the Package?

Yes, we will be featuring 24 draft choices that will vary from time to time based on season and guest acceptance. These beers will represent not only the best world imports but national craft beer specialties. In addition the Hofbrau will be serving other bottled beers plus a full bar menu.

What about the Food Choices?

The menu is still being put together but you can be assured of several things. Like the facility the menu will be interesting, tasty and rewarding. It will appeal to those Texas appetites.
